Terms of Use

Welcome to the Sales & Services platform. By creating a shop account (tenant) or logging in as a staff member (Business Owner, Front Desk, Technician, or Sales Clerk), you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.

1. Terms of the License

We grant subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the POS billing database, parts stock allocation metrics, and job lifecycle cards to manage their retail centers.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers are prohibited from:

• Running SQL injection patterns, code decompilations, or executing unauthorized middleware bypass actions.
• Uploading fraudulent GSTIN metadata, or utilizing fake serial / IMEI configurations to evade local tax liabilities.
• Exploiting the tenant database configurations to view outer store tables.

3. Account Ownership & Termination

The Shop Owner is the primary billing contact and subscriber. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail payment runs or violate code safety. Super Admins may run cascade deletions of shops violating terms of service.

4. Plan Subscriptions

Fees are billed monthly or annually according to the selected subscription plan. Plan changes (upgrades, downgrades) are managed through the system console and take effect in the next billing cycle.

5. Updates and Governing Law
