Thank you for subscribing to Sales & Services. We offer a transparent billing model to support business owners scaling their retail operations.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Shop owners can cancel their monthly or annual plans at any time via the console billing drawer. Upon cancellation, your shop database and POS configurations will remain accessible until the end of the active billing cycle.
2. Refund Parameters
Since the system operates on a SaaS license model, we offer:
- Free Trial: No credit card required. Clean 14-day playground access.
- Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable. Cancel before renewal to avoid subsequent cycles.
- Annual packages: Eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of activation or renewal, subject to a small transaction fee deduction.
3. Technical Outage Credit
In the event of verified host downtime exceeding 99.9% in a given month, subscribers may request a pro-rated account credit.
