• Store Information: Shop Name, GSTIN number, physical business address, and tax state codes.
• Operational Logs: Accessory transactions, IMEI phone registers, Kanban technician queues, and GST billing parameters.

2. Data Separation and Multi-Tenancy

Your data is strictly isolated from other subscribers. Our query middlewares scope database transactions at the network and construction layer, appending active shop context markers to prevent cross-shop leaks.

3. Storage & Transaction Security

All database systems operate under strict transaction isolation (ACID compliant). Physical database backends and file storage networks are guarded behind private firewalls and SSL/TLS transmission channels.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or lease platform data. Information is only shared when required by law or to enforce tax reporting requirements (e.g. GST collections).
